Our process
Before we touch anything, we walk the vehicle with you. Note pet hair zones, problem stains, leather wear, paint condition, and any client-flagged areas. Sets expectations on both sides.
Floor mats out, seats forward, full vacuum top to bottom. Hot water extraction on every fabric surface. Leather and vinyl get their own treatment. Every panel, every crevice, every cup holder.
Two-bucket hand wash, clay bar where the paint demands it, then a sealant or wax to lock the finish in. Tires, wheels, and trim get individual attention. No drive-through scratches. No swirl marks.
We don't hand keys back without walking the vehicle one more time, together. If something isn't right, we fix it before you leave. Standing-by-our-work isn't a slogan, it's how the business works.

Customer story
Sean Covel brought his BMW X5 in expecting a thorough wash. He left with a vehicle that looked, in his words, "all perfect." We treat every vehicle that way. Whether it's a leased sedan headed back to the dealer, a work truck that's seen ten years of dust and dogs, or a weekend toy that deserves better than a quick hose-down.

Common questions
Most cars and SUVs take three to five hours for a full interior and exterior detail. Trucks, larger SUVs, and vehicles needing pet-hair or odor remediation can run longer. We give you a realistic time estimate up front so you can plan around it. Drop-off and pick-up work for most schedules.
Yes, we provide mobile service throughout the Hot Springs area and the broader Black Hills when scheduling allows. Some larger jobs (full extraction, paint correction, RV details) work better at our shop in downtown Hot Springs because of the equipment involved. We'll tell you which makes sense for your situation.
Pet hair removal is one of our most-requested services. We use specialized tools that pull embedded hair out of carpet fibers, headliners, and seat seams — places vacuums alone can't reach. For heavy pet households, we'll usually recommend our deep treatment which adds time but produces a result that genuinely surprises customers.
In most cases, yes. Smoke odor sits in fabric, headliners, and ventilation systems, so a surface clean won't touch it. We do a multi-stage treatment that includes deep extraction, ozone or enzyme treatment depending on severity, and HVAC cleaning. Severe long-term smoke vehicles sometimes require more than one pass — we'll be honest about expectations.
This is one of the highest-ROI things you can do before listing a vehicle. A clean, restored vehicle photographs better, shows better in person, and consistently moves faster and at a higher price. The Mill Iron Cafe brought a Jeep to us before listing it — their words afterward were "looking brand new."
