What we maintain
How we work with businesses
We come on-site, assess current floor condition, and map out traffic patterns and problem areas. Free, no obligation. You leave with a written scope and clear expectations.
Most commercial work happens after-hours or on weekends. We work around your operation, not the other way around. Once the rhythm is set, you don't think about flooring anymore. That's the goal.
We photograph baseline conditions and document each visit. You get a record for property management, ownership reports, or franchisor compliance. Whichever applies to your situation.
If something isn't right between visits, you call, we come back. No add-on fees for fixing what should have been right the first time. That's the whole basis of doing recurring commercial work.

Common questions
Yes. The majority of our commercial work happens outside normal business hours so your operation isn't disrupted. Tell us your hours, peak traffic times, and any special considerations (medical, food service, etc.) and we'll build a schedule around it.
It depends on traffic, foot type, and visibility. A retail entrance might need monthly attention. A back-office area might be quarterly. We assess on-site and make a recommendation based on what we see, and revisit it as we learn the floor's behavior.
Yes. We service businesses with multiple locations across the Black Hills region with consistent standards across sites. One scope, one point of contact, one invoice if you prefer.
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and provide certificates of insurance to property managers and corporate clients on request. Just let us know what your facility requires.
