Walk the rooms together. Note pet zones, recurring stains, traffic patterns, and any furniture you want moved. We carry felt sliders and corner protectors. Your space gets handled like it's our own home.
A dry vacuum removes 70 to 80 percent of soil before extraction even starts. Operations that skip this step are pushing dirt around in water. We don't.
High-traffic lanes and visible stains get specific pre-treatment. Pet urine zones get dedicated enzyme treatment that breaks down the molecules causing the smell. Time to dwell, then mechanical agitation, then extraction.
Truck-mount-grade extraction with rinse-and-recover passes until the recovered water runs clear. Then a final dry pass to pull moisture out for faster drying. Your carpet, not the pad, is what we're cleaning.

Common questions
Most rooms are dry within four to six hours after we leave, depending on humidity, ventilation, and carpet thickness. We do a final dry pass to pull as much water back out as possible. Crack windows, run ceiling fans, and avoid heavy foot traffic until it's dry to the touch.
Most of the time, yes. Surface pet stains and recent accidents come out cleanly. Older urine that has saturated into the pad or subfloor is harder. Sometimes the visible stain comes out but the smell needs a more aggressive enzyme treatment. We can usually tell during pre-inspection how a specific situation will respond.
Yes. Light-colored upholstery is one of our specialties because the result is the most visible. Sayer JaDin Lockhart's couch went, in her words, "from yellow back to white." Different fibers (microfiber, linen, cotton, synthetic blends) get different treatment, but every cushion gets the same level of effort.
For light furniture, we move it as part of the service. Heavy items (full bedroom sets, china cabinets, pianos) we typically clean around or move only with you present and agreed. Tell us up front what you want and we'll plan the job around it.
Industry guidance is every 12 to 18 months for typical households, more often if there are pets, kids, or heavy traffic. Manufacturer warranties on most carpets actually require periodic professional cleaning to remain valid. Worth checking your paperwork.
